I hiked Mt. Healy in Denali Park...
...and I didn't even get to the actual summit, just the false one. I just figured I would let everyone know that 9-hour hikes in the middle of the night make me very, very sleepy. Well, okay, it only took one 9-hour hike in the middle of the night to do it. And now I'm killing time waiting for them to serve breakfast in the Employee Dining Room. And then I want that sweet, sweet thing the natives call "sleep".
Here's some random urges I've experienced lately:
Wanting to go back and play and beat every single Nintendo game I ever rented from Marie's Video down the street from me. Especially that Tiny Toon Adventures one. That and Bart Simpsons vs. the Aliens.
Do a New York Times crossword puzzle.
Wanting to eat lime sherbet.
Watching a bunch of Ren & Stimpy.
Wanting to write a really funny list of random urges I've had lately, but then I realized that I only really had the one about video games. I was stretching for the last two. Man, I'm tired and hungry and just want this time to die already. I mean, I've been killing nearly an hour of it. Anyways, they're serving breakfast in about ten minutes, so I should just go ahead and add in a bunch of links to this post and be done with it. So, hey, everybody, hope you're doing well; I am. More later?
